Gospel's best and brightest came together Friday afternoon (Jan 17), at Nashville's Rocketown to pay tribute and honor gospel legends, Daryl Coley and Richard Smallwood with the 2014 BMI Trailblazers of Gospel Award.
The invitation-only event also celebrated BMI’s Most-Performed Gospel Song of the Year, “Take Me to the King,” written by Kirk Franklin and performed by Tamela Mann.
